These Terms of Service govern your use of the ONCE website at onceskin.com and the purchase of our custom Korean skincare routine service. By using our website or purchasing our service, you agree to these terms.

ONCE provides a personalized Korean skincare routine delivered to your email. You complete a skin quiz, make a one-time payment of $30, and receive a custom routine within 24 hours of purchase. We do not sell physical products.
Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your quiz responses and generate product recommendations. The routine is informational in nature and tailored to the details you provide.
ONCE is not a medical service. The skincare routines and product recommendations we provide are not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before following any recommendations.
By using our service, you acknowledge that ONCE is not liable for any adverse reactions, skin conditions, or outcomes resulting from following our recommendations.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our service. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
The fee for our service is $30 USD, charged as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize ONCE to charge the payment method you provide.
There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, all sales are final once your routine has been delivered to your email. We do not offer refunds on completed routines.
If you did not receive your routine within 24 hours of purchase, or if there was a technical error that prevented delivery, please contact us at contact@onceskin.com and we will resolve it promptly — either by resending your routine or issuing a full refund at our discretion.
The quality and accuracy of your personalized routine depends on the accuracy of the information you provide in the quiz. You are responsible for providing truthful and complete answers. ONCE is not responsible for recommendations that are unsuitable due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Your personalized routine is created for your personal use only. All content on the ONCE website — including copy, design, and branding — is the property of ONCE and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONCE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to skin reactions, product purchases made based on our recommendations, or failure to receive a routine due to technical issues beyond our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($30).
ONCE recommends third-party skincare products available for purchase at external retailers. We have no affiliation with, and receive no compensation from, any of the brands or retailers we recommend. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or performance of any third-party products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
